A warm welcome to our newest readers and a rowdy howdy to our regulars.
It's so wonderful to see your bright and shining face!
Wow! What a weekend:) My husband drove to Kansas City on Saturday and
picked Austin up. I stayed home, because Elliott had rehearsal for the Sunrise
service on Sunday morning, at 1pm. Yesterday, I did the "chore thing". And,
of course, we celebrated Easter. Oh and my oldest son came and hung out with
us for most of the day. It was good to see him:) If you celebrate Easter, I hope
you had a blessed day. If you don't, I hope you had a wonderful Sunday.

The mistakes I make in business will haunt/cost me.

Mistakes: I’ve made a few…. Too Many.
I mistakenly believed that every ad that crossed my desk was
going to have an answer to a pressing problem I might have had.
I mistakenly spent money when I shouldn’t have on useless programs.
I mistakenly lost “my cool” when responding to criticisms.
I mistakenly believed that every ad I wrote was a winner…
and I made the mistake of not knowing it sooner.
I suppose I could go on, and on detailing the mistakes I’ve made;
but that mightnt help you, avoid the same mistakes.
You know when you’ve made a mistake, and hopefully you’ve learned
from them, and don’t commit the same mistake again.
I discovered today that I had made a doosey!
I forgot the two most cardinal rules of marketing, and it cost me.
You know as well as I that in the daily crush of business
marketing, and promoting we sometimes forget what it is we are
really doing.
For most of us, besides trying to escape the 9-5 rat race,
we’re busy trying to make our life’s dreams a reality.
I forgot the one thing that will make that happen the soonest!
I forgot that (I Know this has been overused ) “if you help others
get what they want, every thing you want will be a by-product of
the help you give.”
My mistake…
I forgot it takes a broad base to be successful. Be it a broad
base leads list, suspect list, prospect list, or customer list.
Or and this is the big one, a broad based downline.
I have a business that has both a free membership, and a paid
membership. I forgot how important those free members are. Free
members eventually wake up to an opportunity, with a little
coaching, and become paid members.
But if you neglect them, they’ll slide back to free members, and
quite producing. And usually it’s your paid members that earn
you money.
It’s especially important to help your downline duplicate itself,
even if that means you promote for them. I’m certain that the
‘big hitters’ don’t ever forget that, and make the mistake I did.

Lighten up - Time for a Joke!
Mr. Combs had a furniture store specializing in ornate
antiques in the baroque style. He had walking pneumonia

the baroque style chairs rubbing Vicks Vaporub on his
